PHRF Galveston Bay is a
cooperative effort by Houston Yacht Club,
Lakewood Yacht Club
and Galveston Bay Cruising Association
to provide consistent handicaps that promote fair, competitive racing between
a variety of sailboats. PHRF-GB serves Houston, Galveston and the Clear Lake region
of the southeast Texas Gulf Coast.
